Service Terms
All work is performed under a written estimate or work order. The estimate describes the scope, materials, timeline, and price. Anything outside that scope is handled as a written change order before the additional work begins.
We do our best to schedule accurately, but weather, frozen ground, supply delays, or emergencies on other jobs can shift dates. We'll always communicate as soon as we know.
Payment & Service Expectations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits may be required to schedule materials, with the balance due on completion. Invoices are due on the terms listed on the invoice. Late balances may accrue interest at the rate allowed by Colorado law.
We stand behind our work. If something we built fails due to our workmanship within a reasonable period, contact us and we'll come look at it. Damage caused by livestock, weather, equipment impact, or normal material wear (such as wire stretching over time) is not covered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our website or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time, lost livestock value, or lost income.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of [County], Colorado.
